Managed IT Services (Maintenance Contracts)

For your convenience we now offer maintenance contracts for your home/home office computer. This way you can keep working or playing hard while minimizing the possibility that your digital life will be negatively impacted by your computer system! Now you can have all the convenience of having the experts service your system right at home for a very low charge!

Level 1 - Semi-Annual Service

Maintenance and system optimization will be performed twice annually by our technicians at a rate of no more than once per each half of any year.
• This service includes:
• - 2 yearly remote maintenance sessions with system optimization and (1 per 6 month period, can be scheduled or used when issues develop)
• - 1 yearly remote session outside of planned maintenance for unexpected issues
• - Free phone advice with 1 phone support session per period
• - 5% off all in store repairs

Level 2 - Quarterly Service

Maintenance and system optimization will be performed quarterly by our technicians no more than once per quarter of any year.
• This service includes:
• - 4 yearly remote maintenance sessions with system optimization and (1 per quarter, can be scheduled or used when issues develop)
• - Up to 2 yearly remote sessions outside of planned maintenance for unexpected issues
• - Free phone advice with 2 phone support session per period
• - 10% off all in store repairs

Level 3 - Bi-Monthly Service

Maintenance and system optimization will be performed every 2 months by our technicians.
• This service includes:
• - 6 yearly remote maintenance sessions with system optimization (1 per 2 month period, can be scheduled or used when issues develop)
• - Up to 4 yearly remote sessions outside of planned maintenance for unexpected issues
• - Free phone advice with up to 2 phone support sessions per period
• - 15% off all in store repairs

All plans can be paid in full for the amount listed or payments can be made per service period for an additional charge per period. Remote sessions in excess of 1 hour are subject to a discounted hourly rate. Alternately an unplanned maintenance session could be substituted for the additional hourly charge at the customer's request if available. NOTE: In some cases in home virus repairs can be lengthy and exceed time estimates, so we recommend in store repair for most virus cleanups. Time is billed from the time our technician leaves the office until the time the work is completed.
